As a Belgian, which online gaming website can I play on?

As of 1 January 2011, a law governs the online gaming sector in Belgium, requiring online gaming websites accepting Belgian players to have an official Belgian license. Carousel.be has one of these licenses (license B+4248) and is therefore legally authorized. As a Belgian player, after 1 January 2011, you are committing an offense if you play on a website that hasn’t been authorized by the Belgian Gaming Commission and you risk being sued. What's more, by playing on an unauthorized website, you run the risk of accessing a website blocked by the authorities, and you don't benefit from the protection offered to players through mechanisms imposed by the Belgian Gaming Commission, such as hourly loss control.
