Do you want to contact us from your computer? Here is the procedure to follow.
On Carousel, go to the HELP CENTER menu located at the top right of the screen, then select Send us a message at the bottom of the page.
You will then be redirected to our contact form. If you are logged in, simply select the subject from the dropdown list and write your question to us. If you are not logged in, you will need to fill in all the fields manually.
All you have to do then is click on SEND. Our customer service will do its best to get back to you quickly.
