You can change your email address yourself, depending on whether you are logged in to your account or not.
You are logged in to your account
Go to the Personal information section of your profile and select the option to change your email address.
You can confirm this change:
- With itsme;
- With your current password.
Then enter the new email address you want to use.
You are unable to log in
Click “ Forgot your password or email address? ” below the login form. This option is also available in the window that appears after three failed login attempts.
Log in with itsme, then choose your new email address and set a new password.
Validate your new email address
In both cases, a validation link is sent to your new email address. Click this link to validate it.
A notification is also sent to your old address to inform you of the change.
