The quick deposit via QR code allows you to make a deposit in no time with your smartphone.
Access to this deposit method is located to the right of your username and the deposit button. Here is how to proceed:
1. Click on the QR code:
2. Indicate the amount you wish to deposit and click on “Generate the QR code”:
3. Then simply scan the QR code using your banking app (Belfius, BNP, etc.). You will then be redirected to the payment page to confirm the transaction. Please note that you only have 3 minutes to scan the code. If you exceed 3 minutes, you will have to generate a new code.
4. Follow the instructions on your banking app. A confirmation of deposit will pop up on the screen.
How can I scan the code with my banking app?
Open your banking app
On the main page, you should see the “Mobile payment” feature
Click on this feature, then scan the QR code that appears on the screen, enter your secret code, and the transaction will be completed
What about Payconiq?
It is also possible to use Payconiq by Bancontact to scan the QR code. Please note that, with Payconiq, the limit for the maximum amount you can deposit is more restrictive than with Banking apps.
