I can't register on Carousel. What should I do?

If you are unable to register, you may already have a Carousel account? As a 100% legal site certified by the Belgian Gaming Commission, we place great importance on complying with current legislation. Therefore, it is forbidden to have multiple accounts on Carousel.

If you then wish to change your email address, you can contact us directly from the contact page, mentioning your new email address and attaching a photo of the front and back of your ID card.

 

To change your password, simply click on "forgot password," enter your new email address, and click on the link you will receive by email.
